Healthy Working Life brings together six local organisations to give you coordinated clinical, wellbeing, and practical support. You get the right support for your circumstances without long waits or navigating multiple services alone.
As part of this, Cellar Trust offers talking therapy and mental health support for people dealing with stress, low mood, or emotional difficulties affecting their ability to work — delivered one-to-one or in group settings, with tailored support for neurodivergent individuals and young people.
And we’re part of a bigger team. That means if you also need talking therapy, clinical assessment, practical help, health coaching, workplace adjustments, or community connection — you’re already connected to partners who can help. You won’t have to repeat your story from the beginning or get bounced between services. You get coordinated support around your whole picture.

In 2025-26 The Cellar Trust supported 132 people in their goals to remain or return to work through 900 sessions of support.
