Associate Therapist (Trust Therapies)

Bradford District

Trust Therapies are seeking qualified Associate Therapists to provide short-term therapy (6–12 sessions) in Shipley and Keighley. You’ll support clients facing challenges like complex trauma, prologued bereavement, health-related distress, couples relationship difficulties and psychosexual issues, delivering tailored, evidence-based therapy in line with BACP and BABCP guidelines. We’re looking for therapists with specialist training or experience in either CBT, DBT, CFT, ACT or EMDR, and membership with BACP or equivalent. Recovery Worker (Enablement, Rehabilitation and Crisis)

Clayton and Shipley with some community based across Bradford District

Make a real difference by providing recovery-oriented rehabilitation support to adults with severe and enduring mental health conditions. Mental health experience is essential for this role, as you will be working in partnership with Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust, Adult Social Care, Horton Housing, and Care Housing to help individuals rebuild skills, confidence, and independence to prepare for living well in the community. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred, evidence-based interventions that promote recovery, wellbeing, and social inclusion for up to 14 residents. Crisis Support Worker (Safe Spaces)

Central Hall, Keighley

We are looking for Crisis Support Workers to join our Safe Spaces hubs in Keighley. Safe Spaces is a non-clinical, supportive environment designed to help people in crisis stay safe, work through, and understand their feelings, and then help them to access the support they need going forward. You will mainly deliver one-to-one crisis support to clients over the telephone or face to face, providing practical assistance to clients in order for them to regain control over their lives and their own unique recovery process. The role also involves managing referrals, booking appointments, signposting where necessary and keeping accurate records in a timely manner of all contacts on our client management system. You will have the ability to inspire hope and belief that recovery is possible in others. Awareness and knowledge of the challenges facing people who have difficulties relating to their mental health and experience of directly supporting vulnerable people within a mental health service / setting will be highly beneficial for you to succeed in this role.

Access and Triage Administrator (Safe Spaces)
