Support Worker (Reach)

Shipley / Community based across the Bradford District

Reach is part of the health and social care offer for people with serious mental illness across Bradford, Airedale and Wharfedale. Are you an experienced Support Worker who can join our team, work alongside Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) and support clients with serious mental illness (SMI) to reach their goals? You would manage a caseload of clients, working compassionately and considerately on a 1:1 basis to help them develop their own plans and goals in step with wider support. Our work makes it easier for people to understand and navigate the support options which will make the biggest difference to them. It helps people gain confidence, build resilience, develop skills and get involved in activities to enable a more full, happy and healthier life. It’s a challenging and rewarding role – as well as working with people with serious mental illness you would be part of The Cellar Trust team and work closely with colleagues in the health system and across community settings. You would be a vital part of a friendly and passionate team who work hard to deliver meaningful work in our district to those who really need it.

If you could see yourself making a difference and joining our amazing team supporting people with serious mental illnesses in Bradford, Airedale and Wharfedale then we’d like to hear from you.
