Employment Administrator (Operations)

Shipley / Hybrid working

We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide general day to day admin support for our mental health services, working alongside frontline staff and senior management. You will manage client referrals and arrange appointments with professionalism and empathy. You will maintain client records and provide support for data collection and reporting. This role will involve contact with people experiencing a high level of mental health challenges, as well as those further along in their recovery.

Shipley / Hybrid working

£24,638 FTE per annum (actual salary £19,710 per annum)

Retention and Employment Specialist

Shipley and Bradford district

We are looking to recruit Retention and Employment Specialists to join our Pathway to Employment Retention team. The service delivers high quality employment related support to people with mental health challenges who may be in work, absent from work or hoping to secure training, volunteering, or paid employment.

To succeed in this role, you will have knowledge of the employment environment and use your experience to help build clients confidence, skills and knowledge to gain or remain in employment. Main duties include initial action planning and goal setting through to interview preparation. You will also work with employers to keep people in employment and work closely with other Health and Social Care professionals to ensure their employment support is joined up and of a high quality. Your awareness or lived experience of mental health is essential to support clients to build their confidence and breakdown barriers.

£26,244 FTE per annum
