Safe Spaces Children, Young People and Families Campaign
Safe Spaces launches free campaign pack to help trusted adults support children, young people, and families mental health
Do you know a child or young person who is struggling emotionally? Would you know where to turn to for help?
Safe Spaces has launched a new campaign to help trusted adults access the information and support they need when a child, young person or family is experiencing emotional distress.
Safe Spaces provides crisis outreach support for children and young people aged 5 and above across Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven. The service meets young people in familiar settings, helping them access support when they need it most.
As part of the campaign, they’re offering a free campaign pack for parents, carers, teachers, healthcare professionals, youth workers, coaches, community groups and other trusted adults.
Each pack includes:
- Posters to display in relevant spaces/staff areas
- Practical guidance on how to identify mental health crisis
- Information about Safe Spaces and how to access support
Whether you work in an educational setting, GP practice, youth club, community organisation or sports club, you can help raise awareness of the support available.
