Access and Triage Administrator (Safe Spaces)

Bradford District

Are you passionate about supporting people in mental distress and creating positive change? We’re looking for a compassionate and organised individuals to join our Safe Spaces team. In this role, you’ll manage incoming referrals via phone and online platforms, assess their appropriateness, evaluate risk, and coordinate bookings with sensitivity and care. You’ll also provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring accurate data collection and maintaining confidentiality at all times. If you have strong communication, organisational, and IT skills, along with a non-judgmental and empathetic approach, this role could be perfect for you.
