Community Mental Health Support Worker (CORE)

We are looking for compassionate and motivated Community Mental Health Support Workers to join our CORE service, supporting people with complex and severe mental illness across Bradford District. Using your lived experience, you will provide one-to-one and group peer support, helping people build confidence, achieve personal goals, and access the support they need to improve their wellbeing and recovery. Working alongside mental health professionals and community partners, you will deliver recovery-focused support in a safe, non-judgemental environment.

The Cellar Trust is looking for a compassionate and organised Trust Therapies Administrator to support our psychological therapy services, working with people experiencing severe mental illness, complex trauma, and crisis. You’ll provide essential admin support, including managing referrals, coordinating appointments, maintaining client records, and supporting therapist recruitment. This is a client-facing role where you’ll handle enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and strong organisational skills. Working with people at different stages of recovery, you’ll need to be confident, sensitive, and committed to delivering high-quality support. Deputy Team Leader (REACH)
Shipley / Community based across the Bradford District
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Deputy Team Leader to join our REACH team, working alongside Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) to support people with severe mental illness (SMI) to reach their goals.
In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of clients, providing 1:1, recovery-focused support, while also mentoring and supporting colleagues within the team. You’ll help people develop their own plans, build confidence, and navigate the support available to them, making a real difference in their lives.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity where you’ll work closely with colleagues across the health system and community settings as part of The Cellar Trust team.
