Community Mental Health Support Worker (CORE)

Shipley / Bradford District

We are looking for compassionate and motivated Community Mental Health Support Workers to join our CORE service, supporting people with complex and severe mental illness across Bradford District. Using your lived experience, you will provide one-to-one and group peer support, helping people build confidence, achieve personal goals, and access the support they need to improve their wellbeing and recovery. Working alongside mental health professionals and community partners, you will deliver recovery-focused support in a safe, non-judgemental environment.

Peer Support Worker (Enablement and Recovery)

Clayton, Shipley, and some community based across Bradford District

The Cellar Trust is looking for a compassionate and motivated Peer Support Worker to support adults with severe and enduring mental health conditions within our residential Enablement and Recovery service. Using your lived experience of mental health challenges, you will provide one-to-one and group support, helping residents build confidence, develop everyday living skills, and progress towards greater independence and community living. Working alongside NHS, social care, and housing partners, you will play a key role in delivering recovery-focused support that promotes hope, wellbeing, and social inclusion. If you’re passionate about empowering others, challenging stigma, and making a real difference in people’s recovery journeys, we’d love to hear from you.

27.5 hours per week

£27,294.18 FTE per annum (an actual salary of £20,743.58 per annum)
