Mental health workshops
(Delivered in partnership with Bradford District and Craven Talking Therapies)
FREE facilitated workshops cover a range of common mental health topics and are available to organisations and professionals across Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven.
Designed to promote understanding of mental health, and to aid personal development by empowering people to take control over their wellbeing as well as that of others.
The workshops provide practical information and techniques that one can adopt for better wellbeing as well as information about local and national resources where further help can be sought.
The workshops are delivered in a short and digestible format (1 hour) and can be delivered in person or via webinar.

Improving Sleep
To help individuals gain a better understanding about the benefits of good sleep as well as examining common sleep problems. Practical suggestions for improving sleep are provided as well as information about further help and support that is available.

Managing Low Mood
Focuses on understanding more about the effects of low mood and the impact it can have on our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. It also provides practical tips and advice about how to manage and control depression as well as information about further help and support that is available.

Stress Buster
Helps define stress and understanding the effects of stress and how it can influence the way we think, feel and behave. It provides tips and advice about how to manage and control stress as well as information about further help and support.

Suicide Awareness
To help raise awareness around the impacts of suicide. The course aims to develop an individual’s understanding of suicide, challenge common misconceptions and share information about help and support that is available both locally and nationally.
