Help us change lives

We’re a local charity which means every penny you raise for us directly impacts the lives of people who need support with their mental health in Bradford and the surrounding areas.

We support people with serious mental illness or multiple complex needs and we do that by meeting people in the community, when and where they need us.

£5 can help someone access one of our crisis drop-in sessions in a location close to them

£10 helps us to deliver phone welfare check-ins with someone waiting for their sessions to start

£20 provides a 1-2-1 support session and action planning for someone beginning their recovery journey

£50 helps to fund a session of therapy with one of our trained counsellors

“My Peer Support Worker has been very human, non-judgemental, easy to relate to, easy to talk to and has always spoken to me with complete kindness. I have genuinely looked forward to our sessions. They have made me feel less alone, less stressed, and I’ve been helped to break things down a step at a time and to feel safe to talk about things.”
