Mental Health Awareness Week – Action
This Mental Health Awareness Week, we are highlighting different aspects of our work and the many ways mental health support can change lives.
We’re proud to be amplifying real voices and encouraging support for services that make a difference every day.
Throughout the week, we’ll be sharing real stories from people who have accessed our services, helping to raise awareness of the challenges many people face and the impact compassionate support can have during difficult times.

Alongside these stories, we’ll also be shining a spotlight on our Safe Spaces crisis service and inviting the community to get involved in a new campaign reaching people in every day spaces.
Pocketful of hope
Safe Spaces has launched ‘Pocketful of hope’ – a simple community campaign designed to offer quiet support in everyday moments.
Across local cafes, libraries, GP surgeries, and community spaces, we are sharing small cards in everyday places, designed to offer quiet support in everyday moments. Each with a gentle message of hope and information about Safe Spaces – a reminder of where to turn if you need support.
Take one, keep it, or pass it on to someone who might need one.
If you would like some cards for your own community space, email marketing@thecellartrust.org with the quantity and delivery address.
We’re also inviting people to share their own message of hope anonymously as part of an online gallery of support and encouragement.
