Deputy Team Leader (REACH)

Shipley / Community based across the Bradford District

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Deputy Team Leader to join our REACH team, working alongside Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) to support people with severe mental illness (SMI) to reach their goals.

In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of clients, providing 1:1, recovery-focused support, while also mentoring and supporting colleagues within the team. You’ll help people develop their own plans, build confidence, and navigate the support available to them, making a real difference in their lives.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity where you’ll work closely with colleagues across the health system and community settings as part of The Cellar Trust team.

Support Worker (REACH)

Shipley / Community based across the Bradford District

REACH is part of the health and social care offer for people with severe mental illness (SMI) across Bradford, Airedale and Wharfedale. We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our REACH team working alongside Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) to support clients with SMI to reach their goals.

You would work alongside a community mental health team and manage a caseload of clients 1:1 helping each of your clients develop their own plans and goals with consideration and in step with wider support. Our work makes it easier for people to understand and navigate the support options which will make the biggest difference to them. It helps people gain confidence, build resilience, develop skills, and get involved in activities to enable a more full, happy, and healthier life. This is a challenging and rewarding role – As well as working with people with serious mental illness you would be part of The Cellar Trust team and work closely with colleagues in the health system and across community settings.

Support Worker (REACH)

Shipley / Community based across the Bradford District

REACH is part of the health and social care offer for people with severe mental illness across Bradford, Airedale and Wharfedale. We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to join our Reach team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. Working alongside Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs), you will provide one-to-one support to people with severe mental illness (SMI), helping them identify and achieve their goals.

Managing your own caseload, you will support people to build confidence, develop skills, access opportunities in their community and improve their overall wellbeing. You’ll work closely with colleagues across health, social care and voluntary sector services to ensure people receive the right support at the right time.

Group Coordinator (REACH)

CMHT / community-based across Bradford District

REACH is part of the health and social care offer for people with Severe Mental Illness across Bradford, Airedale and Wharfedale. We are looking for a Group Coordinator to join our REACH team, working alongside Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) to support people with severe mental illness (SMI) to build confidence, develop social connections and become more involved in their communities. In this varied role, you will plan and facilitate groups, peer support activities and volunteering opportunities that help people identify their strengths, achieve personal goals and improve their wellbeing. You’ll also work closely with community organisations and partners to create meaningful opportunities for people to connect, learn and thrive.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference while working as part of a supportive team and alongside colleagues across health, voluntary and community services.

Peer Support Worker (Trust Therapies)

Shipley / Community based across Bradford District

We’re looking for a passionate Peer Support Worker to join our Trust Therapies service, supporting individuals with complex emotional needs. Using your own lived experience of mental health recovery, you’ll empower clients to develop DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) skills, build resilience, and transition out of therapy with confidence. Full DBT training will be provided to the right candidate. You’ll offer one-to-one support, lead peer and well-being groups, and encourage independence through community activities.
